Refund Policy

The GOVOZY guide registration fee is USD $25 one time.

1. GENERAL RULE

The registration fee is generally non-refundable once profile processing or verification has started.

2. NO REFUND

A refund will normally not be issued if:

• The applicant changes their mind
• Information is incomplete, false, or misleading
• Documents are invalid, altered, forged, or unverifiable
• The applicant does not complete the profile
• The profile is removed for violating GOVOZY policies
• The guide does not receive bookings, inquiries, or business

3. POSSIBLE REFUND

A refund may be considered in cases such as:

• Duplicate payment
• Incorrect charge
• Technical billing error
• GOVOZY is unable to provide the paid registration service
• Refund is required by applicable law

4. AFTER PROFILE PUBLICATION

Once a guide profile has been approved and published, the registration fee is normally non-refundable.
