Welcome to GOVOZY.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the GOVOZY website, guide profiles, registration services, search tools, contact features, and related services.

By using GOVOZY, creating a guide profile, or submitting information through the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT GOVOZY

GOVOZY is a global guide discovery and professional profile platform.

The platform helps travelers, travel agencies, tour operators, destination management companies (DMCs), companies, event organizers, and other travel-industry professionals discover local guides and tour leaders.

GOVOZY does not operate tours on behalf of guides and does not act as a traditional tour-booking marketplace or travel agency.

Users contact guides directly and independently.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to create a guide or tour leader profile on GOVOZY.

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and belongs to you.

3. GUIDE REGISTRATION

Guides and tour leaders may apply to create a professional profile on GOVOZY.

Registration may require information including:

• Name
• Contact details
• Country and location
• Languages
• Professional role
• Experience
• Profile photograph
• Guide licence or certification details, where applicable
• Identification or verification documents

GOVOZY may review submitted information before approving or publishing a profile.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

4. LISTING FEE

The standard GOVOZY guide registration fee is:

USD $25 one time.

This is not a monthly or annual subscription.

GOVOZY does not charge guides a commission on their tour earnings.

Any future optional paid services, if introduced, will be clearly identified separately.

5. PROFILE APPROVAL

GOVOZY may approve, reject, suspend, request corrections to, or remove a profile where reasonably necessary to protect the quality, accuracy, security, or integrity of the platform.

Reasons may include:

• Incomplete information
• Misleading information
• False identity
• Invalid or unverifiable documentation
• Impersonation
• Duplicate or fraudulent accounts
• Misuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms

6. CERTIFIED AND NON-CERTIFIED GUIDES

GOVOZY may allow both licensed or certified guides and non-licensed local guides or tour leaders to create profiles, subject to platform requirements.

A guide who is not officially licensed or certified must not present themselves as officially licensed, government-approved, or certified when this is not true.

7. VERIFIED STATUS

A GOVOZY Verified badge may be displayed where GOVOZY has reviewed acceptable professional licence or certification documentation.

A Verified badge means only that GOVOZY reviewed the specified documentation according to its verification process.

It does not represent:

• A guarantee of service quality
• A guarantee of conduct
• A criminal background check
• A guarantee of availability
• An endorsement of every statement made by the guide

8. GUIDE PROFILE CONTENT

Guides are responsible for the accuracy of information displayed on their profiles.

This includes:

• Names
• Professional experience
• Languages
• Destinations
• Specialties
• Certifications
• Photos
• Videos
• Blog content
• Contact information

Guides must not upload content that is false, illegal, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, fraudulent, infringing, or owned by another person without permission.

9. PHOTOS, VIDEOS AND OTHER CONTENT

By uploading content to GOVOZY, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it.

You retain ownership of your original content.

You grant GOVOZY a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, resize, format, and publish the content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote your GOVOZY profile and the platform.

10. DIRECT CONTACT BETWEEN USERS AND GUIDES

GOVOZY enables users to discover and contact guides directly.

Any communication, negotiation, agreement, itinerary, price, payment, service, cancellation, refund, or dispute relating to a tour or guiding service is between the guide and the traveler or other contacting party.

GOVOZY is not automatically a party to those arrangements.

11. NO GUARANTEE OF WORK OR BOOKINGS

Creating a GOVOZY profile does not guarantee:

• Tour bookings
• Leads
• Inquiries
• Assignments
• Employment
• Revenue
• Search-engine rankings
• A particular number of profile views

GOVOZY provides professional visibility and discovery tools but cannot guarantee commercial results.

12. TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES

Travelers and other users should review guide profiles and communicate directly with guides before making private arrangements.

Users remain responsible for determining whether a guide is suitable for their needs.

Where necessary, users should independently verify licences, qualifications, insurance, permits, prices, availability, and local legal requirements.

13. PAYMENTS BETWEEN TRAVELERS AND GUIDES

Unless GOVOZY expressly introduces a separate booking or payment service in the future, payments for guiding or travel services are arranged directly between the user and the guide.

GOVOZY is not responsible for private payments made between users.

14. PROHIBITED USE

You must not use GOVOZY to:

• Create fake profiles
• Impersonate another person
• Upload forged documents
• Provide deliberately false information
• Commit fraud
• Harass or threaten others
• Distribute malware
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Scrape the platform in violation of applicable law or GOVOZY restrictions
• Use GOVOZY for unlawful activity

15. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

You should notify GOVOZY if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

16. SUSPENSION AND REMOVAL

GOVOZY may suspend or remove accounts or content where there is a reasonable concern involving:

• Fraud
• False information
• Safety
• Legal compliance
• Abuse
• Intellectual-property violations
• Platform manipulation
• Violation of these Terms

Where appropriate, GOVOZY may request clarification before taking final action.

17. REFUNDS

Registration-fee refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Guide profiles may contain links to third-party platforms such as social media, Google, TripAdvisor, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or other services.

GOVOZY does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

19. AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM

GOVOZY may update, improve, modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue features where necessary.

Continuous uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GOVOZY is not responsible for losses arising from private arrangements between users and guides, including disputes concerning tours, payments, cancellations, personal conduct, availability, itinerary changes, or service quality.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

21. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

GOVOZY may update these Terms when the platform, legal requirements, or services change.

The updated version will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.

23. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or other legal protections that apply in the user’s jurisdiction.
